Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through PriceAm. By making a purchase, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. PriceAm Pro subscriptions

PriceAm Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the app store from which you downloaded the app (e.g. Google Play).

• You can cancel anytime from your app-store account; cancellation stops future renewals but keeps Pro active until the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where a refund is required by law or granted under the app store's own policy.
• We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods.

2. Free features

PriceAm's core features — viewing prices, comparisons, alerts, and supplier discovery — are free to use. No charge means nothing to refund.

3. Marketplace orders & deliveries

Where PriceAm helps you connect with suppliers or arrange deliveries, the sale is between you and the supplier or delivery partner. Refunds, returns, or disputes for those goods and services are subject to the relevant supplier's or partner's policy. PriceAm acts as a listing and facilitation platform and is not the seller of those goods.

If you experience an issue with an order, contact the supplier first. If you can't resolve it, we'll do our best to help mediate — reach out to us.

4. How to request a refund from us

For any charge billed directly by PriceAm (not via an app store), email support@ideat8.com with your account email, the transaction date, and the reason for your request. We review eligible requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
